Cancellation 
Hotel booking policy (up to 5 bookings)

Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to EAACI Congress 2025. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.

Payment policy:
Upon acknowledgement of booking, a deposit corresponding to 100% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation.
IMPORTANT : Your final invoice will be delivered by the hotel only. bnetwork will not be able to invoice you or your company for your reservation(s). The amount paid to guarantee your reservation(s) during the reservation process will be transferred in full to the hotel and deducted from your final invoice. Please kindly ask your final invoice at the Reception Desk of the hotel the day of your check-out.

Cancellation Policy : for all Hotels Except the Hilton  Glasgow 
From confirmation until 13th February 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges are applied.
From 14th of February 2025 to 07th of April 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation 50% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.
From 08th of April 2025 to 07th of May 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation 80% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.

From 8th of May 2025, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total stay reserved.

Cancellation Policy : For Hilton  Glasgow

From confirmation until 04th December 2024, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges are applied.
From 05th of December 2024 to 07th of April 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation 80% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.
From 8th of April 2025, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total stay reserved.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: hotels@eaaci.org. Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Reservation modification changes: all reservation modifications can be made through the website "My account" function at https://eaaci-hotels.bnetwork.com  or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.

Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). Bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for b network’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data related to booking purposes (i.e. gender, email addresses, company of employment and accommodation details).
