Hotel booking policy (up to 5 bookings)
Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to EAACI Annual Congress 2026.. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.
Payment policy:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. You can pay for reservations by credit card or wire transfer. If paying by credit card, you will be charged for the full length of stay (plus a +2.5% transaction fee) at time of booking. Once payment is received you will receive your confirmation.
Important: You are authorizing bnetwork to charge the provided credit card as per the following cancellation policy. Please note this charge will show "EUROCOATBBP" on your credit card statement
Important: Please be informed that the deposit received will be fully forwarded to the hotels to secure the room block. Final invoices will be issued by B Network Management SLU under the Special Regime for Travel Agencies, reflecting the total gross amount for accommodation services, including VAT. Due to this special tax regime, VAT is included in the total amount without separate itemization and is fully paid according to Spanish tax laws.
As an intermediary governed by this special regime, B Network Management SLU cannot re-invoice VAT from foreign territories such as Turkey. Therefore, invoices issued by B Network will show the total amount invoiced by the hotels (room + tax), without disclosing the VAT amount separately, and this VAT cannot be reclaimed by the client.

Cancellation Policy : ( for all hotels except Hilton Bosphorus, Grand Hyatt and The Marmara Taksim )
From booking confirmation up to December 01st 2025, you will be refunded 100% of your reservation in the event of a cancellation or reduction of stay.
- From December 02nd 2025 to March 02nd 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, you will be refunded 50% of your reservation in the event of a cancellation or reduction of stay, 50% non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied.
- From March 03rd to May 04th 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, you will be refunded 25% of your reservation in the event of a cancellation or reduction of stay, 75% non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied.
- From May 05th to May 18th 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, you will be refunded 10% of your reservation in the event of a cancellation or reduction of stay, 90% non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied
- From May 19th 2026, all reservations are 100% non-refundable. This includes cancellation and shortening of stay. 100% non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied.
Hilton Bosphorus, Grand Hyatt and The Maramara Taksim cancellation policy:-
From October 14th 2025, all reservations are 100% non-refundable. This includes cancellation and shortening of stay. 100% non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied.
Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: eaaci@bnetwork.com. Penalties may apply based upon cancellation policy. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET (Central European Time).
Reservation Modification Changes: All reservation(s) modifications can be made through the website "My account" section at https://eaaci-hotels.bnetwork.com or in writing via email eaaci@bnetwork.com.. If emailing, please include your unique reservation code. Subject to availability, changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET (Central European Time).
Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). Bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for b network’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data related to booking purposes (i.e. gender, email addresses, company of employment and accommodation details).
