Cancellation
Hotel booking policy (up to 5 bookings)

Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to EAACI Congress 2024. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.

Payment policy:
Upon acknowledgement of booking, a deposit corresponding to 100% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation.
Important: Your final invoice will be delivered by the hotel only. bnetwork will not be able to invoice you or your company for your reservation(s). The amount paid to guarantee your reservation(s) during the reservation process will be transferred in full to the hotel and deducted from your final invoice. Please kindly ask your final invoice at the Reception Desk of the hotel the day of your check-out.

Cancellation Policy :
From confirmation until 29th January 2024, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges are applied.
From 30th of January 2024 to 26th of February 2024, in case of cancellation of reservation 50% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.
From 27th of February 2024 to 30th of April 2024, in case of cancellation of reservation 80% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.

From 1st of May 2024, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total stay reserved.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: hotels@eaaci.org. Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Reservation modification changes: all reservation modifications can be made through the website "My account" function at https://eaaci-hotels.bnetwork.com or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.

Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). Bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for b network’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data related to booking purposes (i.e. gender, email addresses, company of employment and accommodation details).

Cancellation Policy :

From confirmation until 26th February 2024, in case of full cancellation of the pre-booked allotment per hotel, you are committed to pay 10% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees penalty. Partial cancellation is allowed without penalty (not exceeding 90% of room nights reserved per hotel).

Important: cancellations requested after 27th February 2024 cannot exceed in any case 50% of the original number of room nights reserved. As far as this condition is respected, the below conditions apply:

Between 27th February 2024 and 26th March 2024, 50% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between 27th March 2024 and 26th April 2024, 35% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between 27th April 2024 and 6th May 2024, 20% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between 7th May 2024 and 16th May 2023, 10% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

From 17th of May 2024, 100% of the allotment night by night is due in case of cancellation.
